Pearson’s Catering is now taking Halloween orders—from festive charcuterie (“BOO-cuterie”) boards stacked with artisan cheeses, cured meats, brie, and seasonal accoutrements, to themed grazing tables, kid-friendly snack boxes, and bite-sized sweets for parties, offices, and neighborhood gatherings. Vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

Pearson’s Catering is a certified woman-owned catering company in Orlando, proudly led by Executive Chef and founder Kim Pearson. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with honors in culinary arts and a Florida State University alumna, Chef Pearson blends classical training with creative, heart-forward cooking. What started in 2008 with a 150-person event has grown into one of Orlando’s top catering companies—serving made-from-scratch menus to up to 500 guests a day across weddings, corporate events, private parties, and special gatherings.
As an Orlando native and world traveler, Kim’s diverse culinary perspective is matched by her commitment to service, community, and quality. Her journey—from mission trips with her father to building a thriving business—shapes everything Pearson’s stands for: bold flavor, heartfelt hospitality, and chef-crafted experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Thank you! As a vegetarian it is rare to get such amazing veggie meals, especially with a large catering event. All four days of vegan meals were delicious, filling, and flavorful. Such a nice surprise to have pearls couscous stuffed bell pepper with red sauce on a bed of spinach. Thank you so much for actually taking the time and effort with the veggie options.

Pearson's catered my daughter's bridal shower at a private residence. Jason and Matthew were our servers for the evening. The food was fabulous and Jason and Matthew were awesome. They set everything up - including decorations; kept all dishes fresh and refilled; and cleaned up where you would never know we had a house full of guests. I highly recommend Pearson's Catering!
